Ready to get started with a project? Check out the Contact Us page for all the ways to get going on that custom project. We will discuss all the details with you and go over every step. Below are some of the questions we will be asking to get your project started.

A general design or pictures of a similar item. We will carefully review anything you can give us on the design and determine how we will produce it for you.

Any changes you might want. Maybe there are improvements to the original design that you want, like adding more shelves, putting on doors or adding decorative features. We can go over your ideas to customize it the way you like.

A desired size. If you have a set space in mind we will build it to fit your needs. We are more then happy to help with determining this if you are unsure what would fit in the space you have.

A price. You should have a price range in mind so we can determine what materials would be best to meet your budget.

Wood and desired color. There are vast differences in wood and grain so if you have a preference be sure to note it. With so many varieties of stain and the ability to color match we can find that combination you are looking for.

For engraving and vinyl jobs, are there any logos or images? Do you have a font type in mind for any text. This helps the design process go much quicker and allows us to match what you have in mind.

Is this needed by an exact date? Be sure to let us know so we can try to schedule it accordingly.

When you are happy with the design, we will calculate all the materials that will be required and give you a price quote. We do require a deposit for the material costs before we start production. The remaining balance is due upon pick up or delivery. Your project will be completed based on the final design. We will give you an expected time frame for completion..

Your project will then be completed based of the final design. We will work out the details of delivery or any on-site work that might be needed once it is completed. If at any point during the process there are requested design changes, it could change the quote you were given and the schedule.

Large projects that require site preparation may be subcontracted to a third party. Example: The project may require a concrete slab foundation upon which to sit. Any site preparation costs are in addition to the actual cost of the project.
